Local Business: Mercedes Specialists

This is my good friend Justin owner of Mercedes Specialist and a Master Certified Mercedes Benz Technician located in Westminster, MD. He also services pretty much any other car as well. I called him one day to ask if he could take a look at my wife’s Volkswagen because the dealer said it needed a repair that didn’t make sense. Justin said bring it by and he’ll check it out. Not only did he check it out, he gave me a rundown of what the dealer said needed to be replaced and the reality of what needed to be replaced. Nonetheless, Justin saved me money. It’s really nice to have a trusted friend in the automotive space. I’m no mechanic and I know people can get ripped off easily by a dealer; they know this and some take advantage of it. But a small business like Justin is going to really make sure you’re taken care of. Why? Because he is putting his name on it and he is a professional. This is what good small business is about.

Sometime later I called again because the VW broke down while my wife was driving it. I met her where it broke down, traded cars with my wife, and I contacted Justin. I had the car towed to his shop and he called me the next day. He said it needed some basic repairs which happen to be routine maintenance. He had it fixed in no time and we got our car back. The VW goes to Justin for any routine maintenance and any issue we have with it. I highly recommend checking with Justin first for your car services and repairs. Thanks to Justin for keeping the VW running and peace of mind for me.
